She quickly accepted her fate, though, and chose to ignore all the hatred around her. She participated in several events due to her interest in art and film. She was turned down numerous times just because it was challenging to include a wheelchair-using girl in school plays. She, however, would not submit to the circumstance. And on the popular television programme India's Best Cine Stars Ki Khoj, her tenacity was recognised and admired. She prepared monologues to test her acting skills in several settings after being chosen in the first round. However, when she was eliminated from the dance round, her condition once more created a barrier for her. “It did not make me sad. I knew I could not stand; how would I dance? I was happy for all the appreciation I got from the audience,” she says.

Empowering Through Art and Advocacy

She is currently focused on developing her abilities and creating a music video about women's issues. She is also making an attempt in the Telugu TV sector.
