The Lucknow Development Authority (LDA) has rolled out a golden opportunity for individuals looking to own residential or commercial property in the city. Through a structured e-auction process, LDA is offering a variety of plots across key locations in Lucknow, including high-value residential, commercial, and institutional spaces.
Residential Plots Near Green Corridor, Basant Kunj
LDA has listed 50 residential plots in Sector-G of the Basant Kunj Scheme, located near Gau Ghat and adjoining the city's green corridor. Each plot measures 252 square meters, and the estimated base rate is ₹32,955 per square meter. These plots are available for purchase through an open e-auction process, offering a rare chance to build homes in a prime location.
Commercial Land in Gomti Nagar Extension
The authority is also auctioning a 2.5-hectare plot near SSB in Gomti Nagar Extension, valued at approximately ₹100 crore.
Additionally, in Vishal Khand, Gomti Nagar, LDA has put up 1800 square meter plots designated for commercial and nursing home use.
Multistorey Housing Plans in Balu Adda and Aishbagh
Following a land audit, LDA has identified:
4,200 square meters near Balu Adda and Bahukhandi Awas
5,000 square meters near Bhadevawan in Aishbagh
These acquired plots will be developed into multistorey residential buildings, and the planning process for the same is already underway.
Sale of Built Commercial Complexes
In another key move, LDA has decided to sell two of its constructed commercial complexes via e-auction:
Ratan Khand Complex, a five-storey building over 6,729.6 square meters, priced at ₹87 crore
Manasrovar Complex, also five-storey, spanning 1,586.43 square meters, priced at ₹15.27 crore
These properties are part of the current auction round, offering ready-made infrastructure to potential investors and entrepreneurs.
