Lucknow News: The Lucknow Development Authority (LDA) will launch its group housing project on the 43 acres of land cleared of illegal encroachments behind the police headquarters on Shaheed Path.
What’s planned by LDA?
The land, which is located in a prime spot along the banks of the Gomti River, will feature 1 plot for commercial use and 11 plots for group housing. LDA will also develop a green area in 15 percent of the available portion. The proposal has already received the go ahead by the LDA board.
The Lucknow Development Authority will also allot shops to 12 shopkeepers of Sahara Bazaar in the Vibhuti Khand area under the displacement policy on the first floor of the LDA commercial complex in Vinay Khand, Gomti Nagar.
In another development, the LDA will also launch IT City, Wellness City, Naimish Nagar, and Varun Vihar schemes soon. The authority has received the green signal to the layout proposals of these four residential schemes proposed under the Chief Minister Urban Expansion Scheme.
