Mathura House Collapse: Rescue Operations Underway After Building Collapse, 3 Reported Killed

A residential building has collapsed in Mathura, Uttar Pradesh and increasingly urgent emergency services have responded. District magistrate CP Singh has confirmed that rescue operations are going on with the Fire Brigade.

While speaking to the media, C.P. Singh stated, "We are at the site where the building has fallen." Everything has been arranged for the accommodation, and the NDRF and SDRF teams are on their way, so the Fire Brigade and Municipal Corporation are engaged to assist. We'll see the reasons afterward. The rescue action is of utmost importance right now.

The Fire Brigade and Municipal Corporation teams were among the first to arrive and assist with the relief action and clean up the debris. In order to help provide treatment to those who were injured, medical teams and ambulances were dispatched to local hospitals and placed on standby. Apart from this three deads has been reported till now.

Since the collapse, people in residential areas worry more about building safety and being ready for bad things to happen. The government has said that there will be an official investigation in order to find out exactly what made the building fall. Some of the items under investigation are structural issues, inadequate maintenance, and illegal building practices.
