The Chief Guest of the event will be H E Arif Mohammed Khan, Governor Kerala, guest of honor will be Padma Shree Hans Raj Hans who is a Sufi singer and MP, professor (Dr) Faizan Mustafa VC NALSAR University of law Hyderabad will give the s special address.
