Mumbai Viral Video: Malad Fruit Vendors Caught Applying Rat Poison On Fruits! Big Police Action Follows

Mumbai Viral Video: In a now viral video, two fruit vendors in Malad area of Mumbai were seen applying Ratol, a form of poison for killing rats, on fruits before selling them in the open market. The vendors have now been arrested after a local resident Kunal Salunke filed a written complaint with the Mumbai Police.

Mumbai Viral Video-Turn Of Events

In the video, two fruit sellers could be seen applying rat poison by the name of Ratol to fruits for protecting them from rat attacks. The entire incident was fully captured on the camera.

Police Reaction

Malad Police Station team reached the venue and started an investigation after the complaint was filed. During preliminary questioning rounds, the accused vendors admitted that they have been applying rat poison to prevent rat attacks on fruits.

Police officials remarked that such acts are highly dangerous to public health while also being illegal. The shop has now been sealed and Bipin Kesarwani and Manoj Kumar Kesarwani, the two fruit vendors, have been arrested.

The incident has triggered outrage and panic in the locality with many raising serious concerns about public health and food safety standards.
