Dough Preparation

  • Begin by kneading puri dough using regular wheat flour.
  • To increase suppleness, add a few spoons of curd and a pinch of salt.
  • Use water to knead the dough until it has the consistency of puri dough.
  • Give the dough ten to fifteen minutes to rest.
  • After resting, roll the puris to your preferred size

Boiling Method

  • Put water to a boil and gradually add puris.
  • After around fifteen minutes, a puri ought to rise to the top.
  • Remove and set aside on a platter.
  • After it boils, cover the water with a strainer.
  • Place the puris on a strainer and let them steam for two to three minutes.

Air Frying

  • Get the air fryer ready.
  • For four minutes, bake the puris at a specific temperature.
  • For a deeper colour, bake for one more minute.

Enjoy Soft and Oil-Free Puris

  • To guarantee suppleness, mix in curd with the dough.
  • Turn the puris over after steaming or boiling to prevent the top surface from getting wet.
