Ola Electric scooter: Within 2 to 3 days of receiving an order, Ola Electric will shortly begin delivering electric scooters to its clients. Bhavish Agarwal, the company's CEO, made this announcement on Twitter. The manufacturer of electric vehicles will start providing same-day or quick delivery to consumers all over India starting the next week. However, the registration in a city will determine the precise day or hour. Customers can also submit orders by visiting the business' Experience Center online or while taking test drives.

One of the fastest manufacturer

A lakh electric scooters have just been produced by the firm, making it one of the fastest EV manufacturers in India. The company's FutureFactory in Tamil Nadu also produced the one millionth electric scooter. The largest manufacturer of electric two-wheelers in India right now is Ola Electric, which sold 20,000 units in only the month of October.

Price and variants

In August 2021, Ola Electric debuted its first electric scooter. The S1 and S1 Pro scooters were first made available by the EV manufacturer in December of last year. Currently, Ola charges Rs 99,999 for the S1 electric scooter and Rs 1,39,999 for the S1 Pro. Additionally, the business recently introduced the S1 Air, a new electric scooter model, for Rs 84,999. This is the business's most affordable electric scooter.

Customers can reserve an Ola S1 Air for Rs 999 once the buying window opens in February of the next year. Delivery is anticipated to begin in April. Ola Electric may aim to reach one lakh sales in 2022 after having sold about 70,000 units as of January this year. If Ola is successful, it will be the first EV manufacturer in India to achieve six-digit sales in a single year.
