Uttar Pradesh CM Yogi Adityanath has inaugurated multiple infrastructure projects in Gorakhpur aimed at strengthening urban connectivity and civic facilities.
The projects include the inauguration of a two-lane bridge in the Taramandal area, constructed at a cost of over ₹14 crore. The bridge is expected to ease traffic movement and improve connectivity within the city.

In addition, a modern convention centre has been inaugurated in Mauja Jungle Beni Madhav, built at a cost of over ₹5 crore. The facility is expected to serve as a hub for public events, administrative functions, and community gatherings, contributing to the city’s urban development.

The Chief Minister also launched and laid the foundation for 71 projects worth over ₹612 crore under the Gorakhpur Development Authority. These projects are aimed at promoting planned urban expansion and enhancing civic infrastructure.

The newly inaugurated bridge is expected to play a crucial role in reducing travel time and decongesting busy routes, especially in rapidly developing areas of Gorakhpur. Improved road infrastructure is likely to support smoother daily commuting for residents.
