Northern states like Delhi, Haryana, Punjab, and Uttar Pradesh are likely to experience dense to very dense fog, especially during early morning hours. Minimum temperatures are likely to take a further dip, making mornings bone-chilling, while daytime highs are expected to remain mild. Cold day conditions are likely to prevail in the states of Delhi, Punjab, Haryana, Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh and even Madhya Pradesh.
Isolated places over Western Himalayan Region Jammu-Kashmir-Ladakh-Gilgit Baltistan-Muzaffarabad are likely to witness moderate to heavy snowfall. Uttarakhand, Himachal Pradesh and Jammu & Kashmir are likely to be covered by heavy snow.
Western India
Maharashtra, Gujarat and Rajasthan are likely to witness clear skies and pleasant weather. Daytime temperatures are likely to stay around 28°C in cities like Mumbai and Ahmedabad, with cooler nights. No significant rainfall is expected, making it ideal for outdoor activities.
East India
Bihar, West Bengal and Odisha are likely to face cold day conditions, with minimum temperatures expected to drop significantly. Bihar and West Bengal are likely to receive dense fog.
South India
Southern states such as Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Kerala and Andhra Pradesh are expected to enjoy warm and sunny days, with temperatures averaging around 26-29°C. The region is mostly dry, with no significant rain expected. Coastal areas may experience mild breezes, but no major weather disruptions are anticipated.
