Officials stated that the scheme has played a significant role in providing economic stability to farmers by helping them manage agricultural expenses such as seeds, fertilizers and other farming inputs. The initiative is designed to provide regular financial assistance to small and marginal farmers across the country.
The Uttar Pradesh government noted that since the launch of the scheme, approximately ₹94,669 crore has already been transferred to farmers in the state under the PM Kisan Samman Nidhi program. This large-scale financial support has benefited millions of farming families and strengthened rural livelihoods.
Under the leadership of Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, the state government has been actively working to ensure that eligible farmers are registered under the scheme and receive the benefits without delays. Administrative departments have also been directed to resolve technical or documentation issues faced by farmers during the registration or verification process.
The scheme remains one of the key initiatives aimed at supporting the agricultural sector and enhancing farmers’ income security. Authorities believe that the continued implementation of such programs will contribute to strengthening the rural economy and improving the overall welfare of farmers in the state.
Officials have urged farmers to keep their bank account details and Aadhaar information updated to ensure smooth transfer of funds when the installment is released.
