Ajit Pawar Death Plot Gets Murkier? Slain Deputy CM’s Son Demands Independent Probe, Assassination Or Accident?

Ajit Pawar: The slain leader's son Jay Pawar has sought a comprehensive investigation into the possible serious lapses that caused the tragic incident that took the life of his father and Nationalist Congress Party Supremo Ajit Pawar.

Ajit Pawar: Nationalist Congress Party (Sharad Pawar) MLA Rohit Pawar had alleged a few days before that there were sufficient reasons to suspect a possible foul play or sabotage in the tragic Baramati plane crash that took the life of Maharashtra Deputy Chief Minister Ajit Pawar on January 28, 2026.

Now, the slain leader’s son Jay Pawar has sought a comprehensive investigation into the possible serious lapses that caused the tragic incident that took the life of his father and Nationalist Congress Party Supremo Ajit Pawar.

Ajit Pawar Death-Jay’s Reaction

Jay remarked that the government should conduct a thorough investigation into the likely serious lapses into the Baramati plane crash along with the irregularities committed by the VSR aviation firm. He also urged for a ban on the aircraft firm. The statement of Jay came a day after leaders from the NCP and Maharashtra Deputy Chief Minister Sunetra Pawar had a meeting with Maharashtra Chief Minister Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis, asking for a probe by the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) to find out the complete truth.

Ban Urged On Aviation Company

Jay, the younger son of Ajit Pawar, also asked for a ban on the aviation company VSR Ventures Private Limited that operated the Learjet 45XR plane. The plane had crashed close to the Baramati airstrip, killing the NCP Supremo and four others.

In a social media post, Jay Pawar said that the people of Maharashtra have the full right to find out the truth behind the tragic plane crash.

The death of Ajit Pawar caused political shook-up before his wife Sunetra Pawar took the reins of Maharashtra Deputy CM.

The Air Accidents Investigation Branch (AAIB), which is the probe agency for aircraft accidents, has remarked that special support has already been sought so that Cockpit Voice Recorder (CVR) data could be retrieved at the earliest.
