Ahead of WPL 2023 Eliminator, Mitchell Starc joins UP Warriorz camp for wife Allysa Healy birthday, see viral photo here

WPL 2023: The semi-final of the first ever Women’s Premier League (WPL 2023) is slated to happen today. Mumbai Indians and UP Warriorz will clash with the hopes of securing place in the finale. Furthermore, today is also the birthday of Allysa Healy, the skipper of UP Warriorz. Australia’s star pacer and her husband Mitchell Starc also joined for the celebration, pictures of which are now making rounds on social media.

Allysa Healy and Mitchell Starc

Today i.e. 24th March, the skipper Allysa Healy celebrated her 33rd birthday. She celebrated her birhday with her team as the match happens to be on the same day. Meanwhile, the Australian team just defeated the Men in Blue by 2-1 in ODI Series. Starc is likely to depart for Australia with Allysa as the tournament has also reached to its end.

The couple has known each other since childhood and were in a relationship for a long time. They eventually got married in April 2016. Their photo from the birthday celebration has gone viral in a shrot span of time. Fans and cricket enthusiasts have been sharing the picture while wishing her on her birthday.

Starc was awarded the Player of the Match in the second game for his superb performance, taking five wickets and leading the Australian team to a 10-wicket win. Throughout the three games, Starc managed to get eight wickets in total. On the other hand, Alyssa Healy has an excellent record of scoring 242 runs in eight T20Is, including two half-centuries, at a strike rate of 139.88.
