Athiya Shetty - KL Rahul Wedding: KL Rahul, the vice-captain of India, is probably going to be miss the home T20 and ODI series against Sri Lanka. As per the reports, Rahul has requested for a brief break after the Test series against Bangladesh. Sources report that Sunil Shetty’s daughter and Bollywood actress Athiya Shetty and KL Rahul will get married in the first week of January.

He will be available, however, for the home series against New Zealand. As Rohit Sharma is also anticipated to take a break from T20s, Hardik Pandya is most likely to take the lead in the T20 series. The Sri Lanka series schedule, however, has not yet been released. The series is likely to happen in January’s beginning.

The long-running rumour of KL Rahul's wedding to Athiya Shetty was recently confirmed by Suneil Shetty. The duo are in. relationship since 2018.

Sunil Shetty had said earlier, “Hopefully soon, we will know when and where will the wedding will happen. I guess at the right time, everyone will know details about the wedding.”

KL Rahul is already receiving criticism for his inconsistent form. His form was a matter of discussion as much was expected from him in T20 World Cup but he didn’t perform like that. The upcoming Bangladesh series will be crucial in eying next year’s world cup.

From when does the India vs Bangladesh series start?

India’s tour of Bangladesh starts with the ODI leg, with the three matches to be played on December 4, 7 and 10 in Dhaka.

The first Test will be played from December 14-18 in Chattogram and the teams will return to Dhaka for the second Test which will be held from December 22-26. The Test matches are part of the ICC Test Championship.
