The spectators are expected to be allowed to enter the stadium in the upcoming Boxing Day Test which be held at the Melbourne Cricket Ground (MCG) between India and Australia. This has become possible after Victoria State chief Daniel Andrews has decided to relax the lockdown norms after Corona's cases have declined.
According to Cricket.com.com's report, Victoria State chief Daniel Andrews said, 'Boxing Day Test has different significance. I am confident that the audience will get admission on the MCG ground in the Boxing Day Test match. I do not know how many viewers can get admission, but there will be audience and work is being done in this direction.
When India last visited Australia in 2018-19, they retained the Border-Gavaskar Trophy by winning the third Test at the MCG under the captaincy of Virat Kohli for the first time.
