BBL 2022-23: The 28th match of the Big Bash League 2022–23 was played today in Australia between the Sydney Sixers and Brisbane Heat. However, due to rain, no result was obtained in this match, and the match was cancelled. However, Brisbane Heat batsman Colin Munro hit six sixes in the game while batting stormy.

Game ruined by rain

The Sydney Sixers team won the toss and elected to bowl first in the match between the Brisbane Heat and Sydney Sixers. The game's allotted overs were lowered from 20 to 13 because of the rain. Brisbane Heat did a good job of batting first, scoring 147/6 runs in their 13 overs. However, it started raining again after a while, so the game was abandoned.
