Champions Trophy 2025 has been a drama in itself, and guess what there is still a day left for its commencement. With all the countries playing in the tournament in Pakistan, India has its own way. For security reasons Indian team refused to visit there but interestingly, seven journalists applied for Visas to cover the mega event directly from Pakistan. Finally, the results are here and they are going to the neighbouring nation despite security concerns.

Champions Trophy 2025: From Vikrant Gupta to Nikhil Naz, Pakistan approved the Visas of THESE Journalists

As much as Pakistan visit haunts BCCI for security reasons, the journalists of India are as brave as they can be. Well, not an exaggeration but seven of the most popular Sports journalists have applied for visas in Pakistan to cover Champions Trophy 2025 live and they have been granted permission from the neighbouring nation. These sports journalists are Vikrant Gupta, one of the most famed faces of sports journalism is travelling to Pakistan for the event. Along with him is another big face Nikhil Naz from Sports Tak. Followed by Dainik Bhaskar's Bikram Pratap Singh, cricketer turned journalist Sunandan Lele, Kaustubh Somnath Pile, Sportstar journalist Shayan Acharya and ABC journalist Som Patidar are also joining the visiting journalists' team.

Talking about Visas, how can one forget that India did not grant permission to most Pakistani journalists to cover World Cup 2023? Well, the pain of that attitude is still there in Pakistan's heart. But, despite that, they allowed a handful of Indian journalists to their soil.
