Similarly, Sri Lanka’s batter Chandimal proved this right and hit a massive six against one of the best bowlers, Mitchell Starc. However, the ball ended up going too far and it even hit a passerby who was just walking on the street.
Chandimal’s Massive six stunned everyone
Mitchell Starc is one of the best bowlers and has the potential to even tremble the batting lineup with just a few overs in his spell. However, Chandimal had other plans as he smacked a massive six that nobody in the crowd has expected. The video from the match is going viral rapidly.
During the 179th over of Sri Lanka’s innings of the test, Mitchell Starc was bowling and Chandimal hit a four and two sixes on the first three deliveries, which helped him complete his double century. On the second delivery of the over, Chandimal hit a massive six over long-on, and the ball went beyond the stadium boundaries and hit a person walking on the street in the stomach. The passer-by was visibly affected by the hit and flinched due to the impact.

Dinesh Chandimal went on to smash a double century in the match and ended the inning with a score of 206* off 326 balls. His knock was significant as Sri Lanka managed to post 554 runs on board as the team eventually won the match by a margin of an inning and 39 runs.
