Cricket Viral Video: In a Kabul Premier League match on July 29th, the 21-year-old Sediqullah Atal showcased a stunning display of power-hitting, smashing an incredible seven sixes in a single over. His remarkable feat propelled him to score 48 runs in the penultimate over of the innings and, in the process, reach a well-deserved century.

A record-breaking over

Atal’s incredible feat occurred when his team, Shaheen Hunters, were 158-6 with just two overs left. Atal was batting on 71 from 43 balls. The left-arm spinner Amir Zazai started the over, and Atal began with a maximum, and it was a no-ball, adding five wides. Those two deliveries combined yielded 12 runs.

Zazai’s third legal delivery was a flat, wide ball, which Atal dispatched for another six, following his previous maximum. This shot propelled Atal to 95 runs, just one shot away from his century. He didn’t disappoint, as he smashed the next ball into the leg side, completing his century in style.

After celebrating his century and acknowledging the crowd, Atal continued his stunning performance with another six straight down the ground, making it six sixes in the over. In a remarkable display, he didn’t stop there and smashed the final ball for a seventh six, completing an incredible 48 runs in the over.

The contrast in the following over was astonishing, as no boundaries were scored despite Atal being on strike for five balls of it. Shaheen Hunters concluded their innings at 213-6, with Atal remaining unbeaten on a magnificent 118 from just 56 balls. In response, the Abasin Defenders struggled and were bowled out for a mere 121 runs.
