Azam Khan’s condition is reportedly getting better
After making this catch, Azam Khan was struck in the head. Azam had to be carried off the field on a stretcher because the injury was so severe. Although Azam Khan’s condition is reportedly getting better, the team has informed the media that Azam Khan won’t be able to play in the following game. Azam was transported to a hospital in Kandy where he underwent a CT scan. Although he will now be monitored by doctors for the next 24 hours, they have determined that he is not in danger.
