Cricket Viral Video: When BCCI announced the Indian squad for the upcoming West Indies series, one name was noticeably missing. Cheteshwar Pujara was dropped from the squad after several underwhelming performances.
Many critics asked about the selection and questioned it. But Pujara is doing what he does best. And that is playing cricket. Right after the squad was announced, Pujara uploaded a video of him practicing in open nets.

— Cheteshwar Pujara (@cheteshwar1) June 24, 2023
Pujara was silent on all the questions and just went back to work. He put up his pads, started facing ball after ball, and honed his defense. This resilience and grit is the thing that made Pujara a cornerstone of the Indian test squad for so long.
Pujara can be seen playing some of his best defense and his favorite glance shot. His caption was just two emojis which indicated his love for cricket and nothing else. After all, at the end of the day, Pujara loves playing cricket and nothing else.
Pujara will do everything to make his place back in the squad. And in that quest, he will be playing in the Duleep trophy this year. The Duleep trophy will be played in Bangalore from 28th June, and 6 zones will be there in the competition.
Pujara will play from West Zone and will try to perform to book his place back in the squad. Other than Pujara, Suryakumar Yadav will also play in the Duleep Trophy, where he can replace Yashaswi Jaiswal and Ruturaj Gaikwad as both of these players are selected for the West Indies tour.
