Cricket Viral Video: David Warner has been on fire in this ICC ODI World Cup 2023 so far. After a disastrous start by the Aussies to this World Cup, he has been the flag bearer of their revival. Him getting back in form has been huge for the Kangaroos.
Warner has scored back-to-back centuries in the campaign and is now the second on the list of top scorers of the tournament as well. He has been fundamental in the success of Aussies so far and they are relying heavily on him.
But the best thing is that he is not only contributing with his bat but on the field as well. We all know how great a fielder he is. His aggression and speed can’t be matched by anyone. And he proved that once again against the Netherlands.
Cricket Viral Video: Flying Warner
The Australian team completely dismantled the Netherlands and won the match by 309 runs. They were completely dominant and it was Warner who started that attack. He scored a wonderful century to start the attack by the Aussies.
While the Netherlands was completely dismantled anyway, Warner made sure that he wouldn’t give them any breathing room. While chasing a target of 400, the Holland team lost their four wickets before 100 runs.
In the 14th over of the match, they tried to start a resistance by smashing a short ball by Hazlewood for a six. But Warner on the boundary line had different ideas and he jumped or you can say fly, to complete a marvelous catch.
Australia In Strong Position
There were four players who scored 50+ runs for the Aussies. After David Warner’s classic knock, Maxwell Storm put the Netherlands completely out of the match. The Aussies are now in the fourth position and look like strong contenders to qualify for the knockouts.
