Cricket Viral Video: For practically all young cricket fans in India, playing with Sachin Tendulkar is their ultimate fantasy. How many of them, however, can truly take pride in having thrown the Master out of domestic cricket for a duck? Apparently, just one cricketer has accomplished it. For the first and only occasion in Ranji Trophy cricket, Tendulkar was bowled out for a duck and that was by Bhuvneshwar Kumar.
The only occassion when Master Blaster was dismissed on duck
The event took place during the 2008–2009 Ranji Trophy championship. Bhuvi received a lot of attention following the game. He gained a reputation as a unique bowler with the capacity to perform at the highest level. Finally, in 2012, he had the chance to make his international debut. In ODIs, he took a wicket off his first delivery, beginning a stellar cricketing career.
When Sachin Tendulkar was dismissed for a duck in the Ranji Trophy during the 2008–09 season, 19-year-old Bhuvneshwar became the first player to do so. Bhuvneshwar got Tendulkar out for a 15-ball duck in the championship game between Uttar Pradesh and Mumbai, and Shivakant Shukla caught it. Bhuvneshar continued by explaining how he managed to get the famous Tendulkar’s wicket despite Mumbai going on to win the game by 243 runs.

Speaking on the wicket, Bhuvi said “But when it comes to Sachin’s wicket, then I would say I was lucky because the position where Sachin got out was neither short leg nor mid-wicket, so the credit goes to Mohammad Kaif who was my captain at that time. He set the field, and I just bowled an inswinger, and eventually, it happened.”
