He even said that he wanted to recreate two specific moments: when Kapil Dev won the world cup in 1983 and when MS Dhoni hit the game-winning six in the 2011 World Cup finals.

'I made the decision to make a unique memory. The moment I learned of MS Dhoni's lap of honour. I rushed towards MSD to get his autograph for that reason. It was his final match at Chepauk. If CSK makes the playoffs, he will undoubtedly get an opportunity to play here. But I made the decision to cherish that time. I had the good fortune to find a marker pen in the camera unit. I'm grateful to them both,' Gavaskar remarked in the video.
