Cricket Viral Video: Shahid Afridi has been one of the best cricketing talents that have graced the sport. Even though he has retired from the international stage, he continues to play for leagues across the countries. Yet, he is still in his form and is still a dreadful bowler. A new video has become viral on social media which shows Shahid Afridi picking two wickets in the ongoing GLT20 Canada.

Afridi plucks two wickets

During the latest match of the Global T20 Canada on Thursday, the Vancouver Knights displayed their dominance by defeating the Toronto Nationals by a significant margin of 25 runs in the final league stage game. Opting to bat first, the Knights managed to put up a total of 128/7 in 20 overs, with Corbin Bosch contributing 30 runs off 26 balls. In response, the Nationals struggled to make headway, reaching a mere 103 runs, largely due to Harsh Thaker's impressive four-wicket haul.

In the 11th over of the match, the former Pakistan spinner, Shahid Afridi, skillfully outwitted Mohammad Rizwan, who aimed for a big hit but found himself caught by Farhan Malik at deep mid-wicket. Continuing his impressive performance, Afridi secured his second wicket in the 13th over by dismissing Rassie van der Dussen, who could only manage 2 runs off 6 balls.
