Cricket Viral Video: Grant Lambert of the New South Wales Blues was at the crease in a Ford Ranger Cup game between the New South Wales Blues and the South Australian Redbacks, and he had four runs off five balls. The game was in its 49th over and the team's score was 253/6, with Steven O'Keefe as his batting partner, when this amusing incident took place.
The tail-ender, Lambert, planned to be more aggressive and raise the team's total as Shaun Tait readied to bowl. What came next, though, was unexpected. With the potential goal of making a big shot, Lambert tried to make room for himself and moved aside. However, he overstepped, making all three stumps clearly visible. Tait bowled a full throw that swung in the air and hit the middle stump cleanly since he had plenty of time to assess Lambert's actions. The batter was forced to witness the ball knocking down his stumps helplessly. He appeared to be locked in place as he stood there.

As Lambert walked back to the dressing room, Tait couldn't help but smile at this simple wicket. With three wickets in the game before to this dismissal, Tait now had four victims. This serves as a reminder that some batters can come up with odd excuses for getting out, which makes them appear foolish.
