2. Netherlands’ qualification

The Netherlands team secured qualification for the 2023 ODI World Cup as runners-up in the WC qualifiers tournament. Notably, this marks their return to the ODI World Cup stage after missing out on the 2015 and 2019 editions, making it their first appearance since 2011.

3. India vs Sri Lanka at Wankhede

Indian cricket fans hold a lasting memory of the 2011 ICC ODI World Cup final, where India triumphed after 28 years, thanks to a sensational innings by their captain, Mahendra Singh Dhoni, who sealed the victory in style. 4. Shakib Al Hasan
