All-rounder Fabian Allen has played a fantastic knock in the West Indies three-wicket win against the Sri Lanka in the third and final T20 international match. With this win, the Caribbean team has sealed the series series by 2-1.
In the third and decisive T20, Sri Lanka scored 131 runs with the loss of four wickets batting first. In response, the West Indies lost their seven wickets for just 105 runs in 17 overs at one time.
But in the 19th over, Fabian Allen changed the entire momentum of the game. He took his team to victory with his fantastic 22 runs in an over to Akila Dananjaya.
Jason Holder played the 18th over of spinner Vanindudu Hasranga and also hit a six on a free hit after that the visitors needed only 20 runs in the final two overs. Allen scored a six off the first, third, and last ball of Akila Dhananjay in the 19th over to take the West Indies to the winning line.
