FIFA World Cup 2022: There have been some exciting on-field moments at the FIFA World Cup 2022, but there have also been some amusing off-field incidents. Yassine Bounou, the great goalie for Morocco, had a cute moment when his son tried to bite a microphone thinking it was an ice cream.

Yassine Bounou’s mistakes mic to be a big ice-cream

In the 1-0 triumph over Cristiano Ronaldo’s team, the Sevilla star, real name Yassine Bounou, put up a strong display by maintaining a clean sheet. After the game, he was joined for interviews by his son. While Bounou was discussing his thoughts on the game, the youngster had other intentions.

His son was immediately drawn to the mic’s purple foam while the interviewer asked questions. The interviewer and 31-year-old Bono roared with joy as the toddler giggled. Netizens found the video amusing and many also spoke on how the child is so cute and adorable. In the comment section, a user wrote, “So adorable, the boy is just so cute.” Another user said, “The video is too wholesome to watch.”

First, the likely lad poked it with his finger. He then began to chew on the microphone as though it were an ice cream cone. Then, as Bounou pinched his cheeks, he went back in for a second attempt.

Morocco became the first South African team to reach semi-finals

Morocco had only previously won two of their previous 16 games in a FIFA World Cup before to landing in Qatar. Despite not being regarded as one of the best footballing nations, Morocco was able to defeat second-ranked Belgium and 2018 finalist Croatia in a group and go on to defeat Spain and Portugal in the Round of 16 and quarterfinals, respectively. They did so by being the first African team to do so at a FIFA World Cup.
