The former Pakistan great met his wife Rita in England while playing county cricket. The couple got married in 1988 and have been living happily together since then. Rita also converted herself to Islam and changed her name to Samina Abbas.

Shaun Tait and Mashoon Singha

The Australian rapid-pace bowler tied the knot with the Indian model on June 12, 2014. The duo were dating for four years before that and Tail proposed to Mashoon a year prior to their marriage.

Muttiah Muralitharan and Madhimalar Ramamurthy

The record wicket-taker in the world married Chennai girl Madhimalar Ramamurthy in 2005. The couple have been together since then and also have a son together born in 2006.
