Former Indian all-rounder Yuvraj Singh married Hazel Keech back in 2016. Hazel was a Christian back then but now has converted to Sikhism. She adopted the name Gurbasant Kaur which was given to her by Sant Balvinder Singh during the wedding ceremony.
Mohammad Azharuddin and Sangeeta Bijlani
The former skipper of India married Sangeeta Bijlani in 1996. Azhar was married before Sangeeta came into his life and divorced his first wife Naureen before tying the knot with Sangeeta. The couple got separated in 2010 after enjoying 14 years of life together.
Zaheer Khan and Sagarika Ghatge
The real-life World Cup winner married the real-life World Cup winner in 2017. The news came as a shock to everyone as no one expected Zaheer Khan to tie the knot. The left-arm medium pacer is Muslim while Sagarika Ghatge is Hindu.
Dinesh Karthik and Dipika Pallikal
The couple tied the knot in 2021. Deepika is an international level squash player and was the first women player to win glory for India. Karthik is Hindu while Dipika Pallikal is a Christian. The couple held the marriage in both customs.
Shivam Dube and Anjum Khan
IPL 2023 star became the latest entry in Indian Cricketers Who Married Wives From Different Religion. The couple tied the knot in 2021 and while Dube is a Hindu, Anjum Khan is Muslim. Both of them were dating each other for a long time before tying the knot.
