Shikhar Dhawan, who is well-known for his fierce batting, has experienced the pain and suffering of divorce. The duration of his marriage to Ayesha Mukherjee was approximately 11 years. On the grounds of “cruelty”, a Delhi court granted divorce to Shikhar Dhawan in 2023. Zoravar, their son, resides in Australia with Ayesha.
Dinesh Karthik
Similar circumstances were confronted by Indian cricketer Dinesh Karthik. At the age of just 21, Karthik wed Nikita Banjara, a childhood friend, in 2007. Their families had close domestic ties. However, their marriage lasted only five years, and they decided to end their relationship in 2012.
Mohammed Shami
Mohammed Shami, a fast bowler for the Indian cricket team, wed Hasin Jahan in 2014. They originally got together at an IPL match. Hasin Jahan accused Mohammed Shami of domestic abuse and having extramarital affairs in 2018. They haven’t lived together since, and their legal matter is still ongoing.

Vinod Kambli, an Indian cricketer, divorced his wife Noella Lewis after a brief marriage. Noella Lewis was Kambli’s childhood friend.
