IND vs AUS: Today marks the last day of the fourth Test match between India and Australia at the Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad. Despite the lack of assistance from the pitch, India is working tirelessly to secure wickets. Unfortunately, the odds of a draw appear increasingly likely. However, a hilarious moment broke when Virat took a dig at Nitin Menon.
Throughout the game, there have been instances where India appeared to be on the brink of a breakthrough, but luck has been in favour of the Australians. One example is when KS Bharat couldn't hold onto a quick catch, granting Labuschagne a second chance. Additionally, Head narrowly escaped a leg-before-wicket (LBW) decision as Umpire's Call saved him. On a lighter note, India's renowned batter Virat Kohli took a playful jab at umpire Nitin Menon.
When Head narrowly avoided being declared out after a leg-before-wicket (LBW) call, Kohli quipped that if he were at bat, the umpire would have given him out. From behind the stumps, Kohli was overheard saying, "Main hota to out de deta." Menon, the umpire in question, joined in on the good-natured exchange and smiled at Kohli's remark.
It's worth noting that Nitin Menon has previously given Kohli out on several occasions when it appeared that the batter was not out. As for Head, he took full advantage of the second chance he was given and went on to score a half-century.
