IND vs NZ: It was another day to remember for Shubman Gill as the batter has brought up yet another century. Gill remained not out in his 126-run marathon knock vs New Zealand in the third T20I at the Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad. It was first hundred for Gill in T20Is and his impeccable form is boosting Indias chances for a perfect start in every game.
Gill has also surpassed Virat Kohli to become India’s top scorer in an innings in T20I cricket. Earlier Kohli’s comeback knock of 122 runs was India’s highest in T20Is.
Gill had a memorable ODI series against New Zealand, starting with a double hundred in the first game and then adding an unbeaten 40 runs in the second.
