IND vs SL: India and Sri Lanka are currently engaged in a three-match T20 series. At 1-1, the series is now deadlocked. Both the teams are currently looking to win the third and final match which is taking place in Rajkot to win the series. Indian captain Hardik Pandya chose to bat after winning the toss in the series’ last game. The Indian team remains unchanged. However, India opener Ishan Kishan was heavily trolled for failing to score yet again.
Ishan Kishan dismissed for just one
The Indian team’s Shubman Gill and Ishaan Kishan arrived to open the innings for India. Ishan Kishan was caught after only one run, which was yet another letdown from him. His poor performance had the crowd visibly enraged. On social media, he frequently receives trolling and today was no different.
Ishaan Kishan, who was unable to provide a noteworthy performance in either of the series’ first two games, gave great hopes to fans for this decisive game. Many thought that Ishaan’s firepower would be on display tonight, when Hardik Pandya chose to bat after winning the toss. But much like the rest of the series, Ishan Kishan disappointed in this game as well.
