India won the fourth and the final Test match of against England by an innings and 25 runs.
With this win, Virat and the company have entered the finals of the World Test Championship against New Zealand. This match at Narendra Modi International Stadium ended just in 3-days on the follow-up by the second Test match at the historic stadium.
England batted first after winning the toss but they failed to go big in both innings. India batted just for a single inning and scored 365 runs with the heroics of Rishabh Pant and Washington Sundar. Sudar scored not 96 runs and has also played most balls in the Indian innings, however, he missed his well-deserved hundred.
On the other hand Rishabh Pant has scored a brilliant century and was the top scorer of the match. Coming onto the bowling part Axar Patel has once again picked a five-wicket haul along with his senior mate Ravichandran Ashwin.
Axar picked up 27 wickets in his debut series in just 3 games that he played and Ashwin picked 31 wickets and he was also the player of the series.
