Indian team in command after the end of the third day of play in the second Test match against England. All-rounder Ravichandran Ashwin scored 100 with the bat and also took 5 wickets with the ball.
Yesterday Ashwin targeted the English team on their remark against the Chepauk pitch and said that the pitch was good to bat. With this century he replied to all criticism against the turning pitch and he's being praised all-around for his remarkable contribution.
Indian team has set the target of 482 in front of the visitors. When the visitors came to bat they lost the first three wickets in a quick succession. Axar Patel led the bowling command and picked two of the three wickets where as the match star Ravichandran Ashwin picked up a single wicket.
Indian team will be looking to bowl out the visitors as soon as possible and with two more days remaining in the game Virat and company have good chances of sealing a lead in the World Test Championship run-rate.
