BCCI on Friday has announced India's Senior Women squad for the only Test match, ODI, and T20 series against England.
The young 17-year-old opener Shafali Verma broke into the ODI and Test team for the first time. She was recently the number one T20 batting rankings and she is being considered an important member Indian side ahead of 50-over World Cup in February next year.
Mithali Raj will be the captain for both Test and ODI series while Harmanpreet Kaur will take the charge as the T20I skipper.
Taniya Bhatia and Indrani Roy have been named as the two wicketkeeping options for the tour and Uncapped Roy from Jharkhand is in the talking points.

India Women's team will play a historic one-off Test against England in Bristol as part and three ODI and as many T20Is starting June 16 under the newly appointed coach Ramesh Powar.
