IPL 2020: MS Dhoni was roaring sixes, Suresh Raina was found whistling and cheering in the CSK camp

Ever since MS Dhoni and Suresh Raina announced their international retirement together on India’s 74th Independence Day, both the cricketers and their IPL franchise Chennai Super Kings have been in the news. It is not that this team was in any way short before their retirement, but the return of cricket coming from the IPL 2020 in UAE is now slowly coming to its color where all the teams have reached UAE.

Before leaving for the UAE on Friday, CSK organised a five-day strength and conditioning camp for all its Indian cricketers at the Chinnaswamy Stadium in Chennai. To share a glimpse of his training session, CSK posted a video on Twitter in which Dhoni was practicing.

Dhoni was seen batting in full flow, hitting both spinners and pacers sixes. Apart from training, it was also seen in this video that there is a special connection between Raina and Dhoni. While Dhoni was hitting sixes on sixes, Raina standing outside the nets was clapping fiercely on Dhoni’s sixes. Meanwhile, he was also seen whistling several times.

SK CEO KS Viswanathan told Sportstar that Dhoni is hitting the ball very well. And hitting sixes in all directions. Dhoni is looking very confident. The boys had not taken training for a long time and it was good for them. After a break, he did not want to put himself in training suddenly because if you want to avoid injury, then you have to do stretching. In such a situation, now the cricketers have gradually found their rhythm.

CSK players left Harbhajan Singh and left for UAE on Friday. Due to his mother’s illness, the senior off-spinner will now join the rest of the team in the United Arab Emirates after a time of two weeks.
