The match witnessed a low-scoring affair, with the Gujarat team exhibiting an outstanding performance. A significant contribution came from the captain of Gujarat Titans, Hardik Pandya, who played a pivotal role in his team’s remarkable batting display and ultimate triumph. Pandya’s batting during this match, held at the Sawai Man Singh Stadium, evoked memories of his past prowess. Hardik Pandya goes berserk

This was not the end of his batting onslaught as he slammed another six down the ground. The next ball gave yet another straight as he once again slammed a maximum over the bowler’s head. The over gave away 23 runs and boosted the run rate as GT paved the way to a massive victory.

Hardik swiftly propelled his team towards victory, smashing an impressive 39 runs off just 15 balls. His innings consisted of 3 sixes and 3 fours, resulting in a striking strike rate of 260. Hardik Pandya’s intent was to enhance the team’s net run rate, enabling them to secure a spot within the top two positions after the conclusion of the league stage.
