IPL Viral Video: In the Chennai Super Kings-Sunrisers Hyderabad game yesterday, MS Dhoni showed that he is still one of the top wicket-keepers in the game. Despite his team winning the match by seven wickets, it is the video of his exceptional skills that has left fans speechless.

Dhoni’s masterclass on display

During the match between Chennai Super Kings and Sunrisers Hyderabad, the former India captain, MS Dhoni, executed a superb stumping to dismiss Mayank Agarwal and pulled off a quick run-out in the last over, enabling CSK to keep SRH to 134-7 in 20 overs. Dhoni, who is 41 years old and has already hinted at giving up the captaincy of CSK, is often the subject of discussion about whether this IPL season might be his last.

He has maintained his composure in the field, reminding everyone of his continued brilliance against SRH. When Aiden Markram attempted a full-blooded cut shot, he took an exceptional catch while standing up to Maheesh Theekshana, resulting in an edge behind. Dhoni’s swift hands were also on display as he executed a precise stumping to dismiss Agarwal, who was beaten by Ravindra Jadeja’s delivery after coming down the track. Finally, he finished off the innings with an accurate run-out, removing one glove to throw more easily and finding Washington Sundar short.

CSK went on to win the match by seven wickets and eight balls to spare, continuing their impressive run in the tournament so far. Devon Conway was the star during the chase by remaining unbeaten on 77. Though, Dhoni did not need come out and bat, its his wicketkeeping videos which have now turned immensely popular.
