IPL Viral Video: Suryakumar Yadav's skills continue to soar to new heights. In one of the most remarkable innings witnessed in the IPL 2023, he launched a lethal attack on the Royal Challengers Bangalore, single-handedly leading the Mumbai Indians' pursuit of a daunting target of 200. His sensational knock of 83 runs off just 35 deliveries not only secured the victory but also earned his team two crucial points.

Suryakumar Yadav demolishes RCB

In an impressive display on Tuesday, Mumbai Indians (MI) launched a fierce assault on Royal Challengers Bangalore's (RCB) bowling attack, successfully chasing down a target of 200 with 21 balls remaining. Leading the charge was Surya Kumar Yadav, who contributed a remarkable 83 runs, comprising of seven boundaries and six sixes. Notably, all five RCB bowlers finished with an economy rate exceeding 10.

Surya Kumar Yadav entered the crease when the score was 51-1, following Ishan Kishan's aggressive start. Despite losing Rohit Sharma in the same over, the tempo of the innings remained intact. Surya Kumar Yadav gradually gained momentum and later unleashed a spectacular onslaught, forming a formidable partnership with Nehal Wadhera to establish a commanding chase. At the halfway mark, MI stood at 99-3, but they accelerated rapidly, scoring 101 runs in just 6.3 overs.

Out of his total score of 83 runs, an impressive 57 runs were accumulated in the leg-side area, while 22 runs were scored in the deep mid-wicket region. As he approached the end of his innings, Suryakumar Yadav's final 20 deliveries contributed a significant 65 runs.

Unfortunately, he was eventually dismissed in the 16th over when he holed out to deep square leg. However, by that point, the outcome of the chase had already been largely determined. It is noteworthy that Suryakumar Yadav has now achieved four half-centuries in his previous six innings, showing his consistent form.
