MS Dhoni Casts His Vote In Lok Sabha Election; Video Goes Viral; Watch Here

MS Dhoni: The Lok Sabha election is in full force in India. Everyone is casting their votes no matter what their status is. We saw players like Ravindra Jadeja, Rahul Dravid, and Anil Kumble casting their votes in the previous phases of the election.

On Saturday, in the sixth phase of of Lok Sabha elections, Chennai Super Kings icon MS Dhoni also completed his duty. He cast his vote in his hometown Ranchi and the crowd that came to see him was massive.

The Election Commission Of India captured the moment and posted it on their social media. The caption read "Thala for a reason !! Dhoni hits a six for democracy by casting his vote along with his family."

Unreal Popularity

On Saturday, the former Indian skipper arrived at the polling booth in Ranchi and was immediately surrounded by the cameras. The video immediately went viral on social media and it has been unreal.

The voting started at 7 am and the 42-year-old arrived at noon to cast his vote. Earlier in the day, former Indian players Gautam Gambhir and Kapil Dev also cast their votes in their respective constituencies.

MS Dhoni Future?

The one question that is in everyone's mind regarding Dhoni is his future. Fans are desperate to know about their former skipper's future and whether will he play next season or not.

Reports have surfaced that have stated that MS Dhoni has a muscle tear in his leg and will undergo a surgery in few months in London. Last season as well, he had surgery for his knees.

The CSK CEO Kasi Vishwanath is hopeful that Dhoni will return and will play for one more season. But he has left that decision to 'Thala' himself and won't force anything on him.
