Pakistan’s PM and former Pakistan cricket team captain Imran Khan has praised Team India. Imran Khan has told how Team India has surpassed Pakistan and other countries in the last few years. Imran Khan believes that India is becoming one of the top teams in the world due to improvement in its basic cricket infrastructure.
Imran said that Pakistan was always a good team but due to not improving the cricket structure, it could not become a world-dominant team.
“Look at India today, they are becoming a top team in the world because they improved their structure although we have more talent,” Imran said, talking to the media in Islamabad.
“It takes time for a structure to work and polish talent but I am confident our team will become world beaters,” he added.
“Honestly speaking I am not able to spare time for cricket and have not even watched the matches but now that our basic cricket structure has been changed things will improve gradually,” he said.
After Imran Khan became the PM, big claims of improvement in Pakistani cricket were made. But despite the completion of half term of Irman Khan as Pak PM, no specific steps have been taken for the betterment of cricket in the country.
