Pro Kabaddi 2022: There's no stopping Dabang Delhi ! Beats Haryana Steelers 38-36 to register fifth consecutive win

Pro Kabaddi 2022: Dabang Delhi continues to perform well in the Pro Kabaddi tournament. On Monday, Dabang Delhi defeated Haryana Steelers 38-36 to register a resounding victory in a close match. With this win, the defending champions registered their fifth consecutive win this season. Earlier in the day Tamil Thalaivas defeated Patna Pirates to win their first match of the season. Both the matches were played on 17 October at Sri Kanteerava Indoor Stadium in Bengaluru.

Brilliant performance by Himanshu

Tamil Thalaivas were trailing for most part of the match but raider Himanshu Singh put the team ahead with a brilliant performance. They registered a 33-32 win against Patna Pirates. Himanshu contributed 11 points for Tamil Nadu while Narendra contributed nine points. Tamil Thalaivas took a 6-3 lead in the ninth minute. However, moments later, Rohit Gulia helped the Pirates level the score at 6-6.

Himanshu made a brilliant raid in the 14th minute and the Thalaivas took the lead 10-8, but the Pirates snatched the lead 13-10 in the next minute. Narendra continued to collect raid points, but the Pirates continued to advance and ended the first half with a 17-15 score. Gulia continued to show top form in the second half. The Pirates then took a 21-16 lead. The Pirates continued to dominate the match.
