Pujara, Mayank fail yet again after good start in warm-up game

After a decent batting from Mayank Agarwal and Cheteshwar Pujara in the first innings of the practice match, the duo yet again failed to make their mark in the second innings as India were 3 down at the score of 192 runs.

All-rounder Ravindra Jadeja yet again scored a fifty and gave India the hope of backing him as the sixth batsmen in the side during the England Test series.

From County Select XI, Haseeb Hameed scored a brilliant century against the top-class Indian side. Haseeb is also selected for the upcoming Test series against India and might open the innings for England.

The first Test match will start from August 4 at Trent Bridge, Nottingham.
