Indian badminton ace PV Sindhu sent a heartfelt message to her arc-rival and the current Olympics Gold Medalist Carolina Marine who is no longer part of the coming Tokyo Olympics due to injury.
The World Number 4, Carolina Marine has torn the meniscus and anterior cruciate ligaments in her left knee and due to that she will have to undergo a surgery.
Sindhu, in a one-minute video posted on Twitter, said, "Hi Carolina, this is PV. I'm so sorry to hear about your injury and hope that you will recover soon and come back stronger. I remember the last Olympic Games when we played in the finals; it was really good competing against you.
