Ravindra Jadeja: For Team India, all-arounder Axar Patel has emerged as a surprise, particularly without Ravindra Jadeja. For almost ten years, the star of the Chennai Super Kings has been a constant in the Indian national team lineup. However, Jadeja has been out due to injury for a time, and Axar Patel has emerged as a strong alternative who has excelled in all forms.

Ravindra Jadeja likes an out-of-taste tweet

We aren't privy to a player's inner thoughts when it comes to another player surpassing all expectations and taking his or her position on the squad. However, a surprising string of tweets appear to have revealed Ravindra Jadeja's potential jealousy for Axar Patel. Axar's capacity to play against speed was allegedly called into doubt by Jadeja, according to a Twitter user.

A user had posted, "Convinced that Jadeja would have never done what Axar has been doing with the bat. Has comfortably become the first-choice #7 bat for India in T20Is. The unbelievable turnaround since IPL 2022 from Axar."

This did not go well with another user, who responded by saying, “Same opponents, but against pace. Axar cant hit against pace. Jadeja has finishing capabilities pls for god's sake understand that aspect; don’t be a mug. If there is one guy who can come closer it's Washington but he needs to prove his game against pace too, no. 7 will mostly face pace."

Later, a Twitter user said that Ravindra Jadeja had liked the post mentioning Patel and criticising it. Gautum Gambhir, a former cricketer for India, too added that Jadeja has come under a lot of pressure from Patel. However, the tweet is getting viral very quick and fans are sharing it rapidly.
