RCB need 142 runs to stay alive in top- two race, Harshal Patel shines again vs SRH

Royal Challengers Bangalore need runs to win the clash against SunRisers Hyderabad in Abu Dhabi. SRH batters failed to deliver once again as they failed to convert a good start to a big finish. Jason Roy top-scored from SRH and he added 70 runs for the second wicket along with skipper Kane Williamson in the middle. Daniel Christian was the standout performer for RCB with his two wickets.

Harshal Patel added yet another feat to his name as he became the most successful Indian in an IPL season with his 29 wickets.

Most wickets in an IPL season

32 Dwayne Bravo (2013)
30 Kagiso Rabada (2020)
29 Harshal Patel (2021) *
28 Lasith Malinga (2011)
28 James Faulkner (2013)

RCB have already qualified for the playoffs but they are eyeing a top-two finish in the points table.

On the other hand, SRH have won just two games this season and are out of the tournament with a string of poor performances.
