RCB vs RR IPL 2023: The Indian Premier League 2023 match between Royal Challengers Bangalore, led by Virat Kohli, and Rajasthan Royals, captained by Sanju Samson, has been an exciting affair so far. Yashasvi Jaiswal showed an impressive fielding effort to dismiss Faf Du Plessis during a crucial stage in the match.
Yashasvi’s quick reflexes on display
Despite losing early wickets of Virat Kohli and Shahbaz Ahmed, Faf Du Plessis and Glenn Maxwell played a crucial role in getting Royal Challengers Bangalore’s innings back on track. The duo showed great batting skills and put together a swift partnership of 127 runs off just 70 deliveries for the third wicket.
During the 14th over of the match, Faf Du Plessis faced Sandeep Sharma and managed to hit the first ball for a boundary. However, on the next delivery, he attempted to hit the ball over covers again but found Yashasvi Jaiswal positioned inside the circle. Jaiswal collected the ball quickly and threw it towards the non-striker’s end, hitting the stumps with Du Plessis outside the crease by a considerable distance.
